Description
The French Agency for Environment and Energy Management (ADEME) is a state-funded public industrial and commercial establishment whose activity is supervised by the French government ministries in charge of research, the environment and industry. ADEME came into existence on January 1992 and was previously active in the same field under the names AFME (established in 1982) and COMES (established in 1978). The Agency's mandates cover among others the promotion of renewable energy sources and clean and efficient energy technologies
